I know this is 4 yrs old. My problem is after I reset, the white light stays on. I can't get it to go off. I'll reset the device, it'll get the flashing blue light, then it goes to white. How can I just get it to stay off?

Do you know what to do if it just repeats that is ready for setup when the app still says it's trying to connect? It doesn't connect and it becomes a repeating cycle

So on my exact model, I follower your steps step by step, my pilot comes on, but the status light never starts blinking, and when I let up from the pilot button to turn it to my temp, the pilot goes out😢😢

Just in case your Yale doesn’t has a reset button - it in the left side which shows “PLUS”! I just did it! Hope this helps you!
